Can I change or cancel an order?

Yes you can. If there has been a mistake with your order, please send an email to info@komojewelry.net to change or cancel the order. As long as your order has not been processed and sent by post, we can change / cancel your order. Please contact us as soon as possible!

If it has already been sent, you are still able to return your order if you wish.
